Redesigning Leading Fashion Marketplace for Higher Conversion

Digistyle’s platform had strong market presence, but critical usability gaps were impacting customer confidence and purchase flow. I joined to redefine the end-to-end shopping experience across web and mobile; ensuring users could browse, discover, and complete purchases with far less friction.

Through analytics review, usability testing, and iterative design, I led improvements across navigation, product discovery, search, and checkout. In parallel, I established the foundation for Digistyle’s mobile-first experience with high-fidelity prototypes and optimized workflows.

By aligning closely with engineering and business stakeholders, the redesign not only elevated usability but directly drove measurable growth across key e-commerce metrics.

Impact

  • Over 70% increase in active users: 3.1M → 5.3M (95% mobile traffic)

  • Checkout completions more than doubled: 4,605 → 10,705

  • Add-to-cart intent significantly strengthened: 45,870 → 159,447

  • Reduced cart abandonment, delivering higher retention

  • 30% YoY revenue growth driven by UX and conversion optimization
