Digistyle’s platform had strong market presence, but critical usability gaps were impacting customer confidence and purchase flow. I joined to redefine the end-to-end shopping experience across web and mobile; ensuring users could browse, discover, and complete purchases with far less friction.
Through analytics review, usability testing, and iterative design, I led improvements across navigation, product discovery, search, and checkout. In parallel, I established the foundation for Digistyle’s mobile-first experience with high-fidelity prototypes and optimized workflows.
