Transforming a Fragmented Explorer into a Unified Blockchain Workspace

ChainRoot was an early blockchain explorer with strong technical foundations but a scattered user experience. When I joined, key tools existed in isolation, making navigation unclear and limiting platform adoption.

I led the UX initiative to define a scalable structure and cohesive design system. Through benchmarking against leading platforms and user-behavior analysis, I introduced a logical information architecture, unified UI standards, and new high-impact features including real-time alerts, essential developer tools, and a self-serve knowledge base.

This turned ChainRoot into a fully integrated workspace — enabling traders and developers to access critical tools seamlessly in one place.
